Will Call Will Call tickets can be picked up no earlier than two hours prior to the performance at the Qwest Center Omaha Box Office Will Call window. Customer must present the actual credit card used for the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number. Customer must sign for tickets. Tickets will only be given to cardholder, no alternate persons picking up tickets will be allowed.
Special Seating Arrangements Accessible seating is located on both the Lower Bowl and Upper Bowl. The Arena has elevators and/or escalators to reach all levels.
Assistive Listening Devices are available at Guest Services on the south side of the Arena Main Concourse behind Section 116. Customer must leave a driver's license or credit card that will be held until device is returned.
General Rules Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the facility unless approved by the event. Outside food or beverage is not allowed. Qwest Center Omaha is a smoke free facility. Patrons may be subject to security checks.
Children Rules Everyone needs a ticket for most events. For shows intended for young audiences, please check event details or call the Box Office regarding ages allowed on to sit on an adult's lap.
Food and Beverages Qwest Center Omaha offers a full range of food products from the traditional hot dogs & nachos to the palette pleasing gourmet pizza & Omaha Steak sandwiches.
